I'm kinda mad!

There are a few rules that I go by:
1. Poo once a day.
2. Treat people with respect.
3. If I see a problem that I want fixed, then I should fix it.

Now these aren't the only rules I go by, but these are relevant at the moment.

Since when did leadership mean that you sit back and expect people to just do things for you? Since when did community mean that you hold back on your support simply because ONE representative doesn't impress you?

You know, it's real simple. You see a problem, you fix it. You see something being done wrong, DON'T SIT ON YOUR ASS and pretend everything is all hunky dory! I mean, what kind of inflated sense of ego do you have to have to sit on your haunches and punish an entire organization just because you think ONE person involved in that organization doesn't meet your standards? and then to make it worse, you keep other people from buying into the cause by talking shit, instead of just being honest and telling the organization what problems you see.

If you don't support the cause, just be honest. If you can't be honest about it, then just stay out of the way. What do you call the people who don't tell you that there's a problem and then go around talking shit?

I have a bunch of names for that. I'll let you guys pick it.
