Dear Friends,

The Vietnamese American Professional Women Association of Silicon Valley (VAPW) is excited to announce the 1^st VAPW Scholarship for Santa Clara County females of Vietnamese heritage entering college. This scholarship has been made possible from a grant from Comerica Bank.

We would appreciate your assistance in providing this information to your networks and public bulletins in order to reach as many students as possible. Please send it out to your youth groups, neighborhood, school, church, family members…etc…so that we can reach a large pool of applicants!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

· All applications must be received by Monday, November 3, 2008 at 5 pm.

· All applicants must review the application and provide all information in full.

· Finalists will be called for an interview during the month of November/December.
