Program Director Needed

Project Motivate is looking for a Program Director to manage and lead a non-profit organization. Project MotiVATe is a mentorship program to help Vietnamese American youth graduate from high school or obtain a GED and pursue higher education with implications for benefits in other areas of their life (social, familial, cultural)

Requirements:
Must have experience in planning and organizing events as well as managing others
Ability to commit for 2 years starting August 21, 2008
At least in last year of college or have bachelor's degree
Previous experience as a mentor (preferred but not required)
Vietnamese American preferred but not required
